Dr. David M Ballard, D.D.S.  graduated from Indiana University School of Dentistry. He served three years in the United States Air Force  Dr. David has had extensive training in cosmetic and restorative dentistry, advanced training in the treatment and prevention of sleep apnea and snoring. He is certified in sedation sleep dentistry and Invisalign. Dr. David has been married for thirteen years and has six beautiful children. Dr. David is fluent in Italian.

Dr. Scott L Ballard, D.M.D.  graduated from University of Mississippi Medical Center where he received an Excellence in Periodontal Therapy Award. Dr. Scott is a general dentist certified in sedation dentistry and has received post-graduate training in implant placement. He offers treatment for TMJ (jaw pain / teeth grinding). Prior to becoming a dentist, Dr Scott founded, expanded, and operated a successful chain of retail stores. In 1998 he was nominated for the prestigious Earnest and Young Entrepreneur of the Year. Dr. Scott has been married for sixteen years and has four wonderful children. Dr. Scott is fluent in Japanese.

Dr. Justin W. Cook, D.D.S.  graduated with a BS in microbiology at Weber State University . He received his DDS from Baylor College of Dentistry. Dr. Cook has extensive work history in the research industry, with a specific interest in genetic research and kidney dialysis. Children take a special interest in Dr. Cook as he enjoys working with them. Dr. Cook's hobbies include racquetball, mountain biking, snow skiing, and water skiing. Dr. Cook has been married for eleven years and has three fantastic children. Dr. Cook is fluent in Spanish.

Jennifer Chandler, RDH  Illinois and Texas.  She graduated from Lakeland College in 2000, and has practiced Hygiene in Texas for the past 3 years.  Jen enjoys working with patients of all ages, and is especially good with children.  In her free time Jen enjoys Yoga, cycling, and shopping.  She lives in Fort Worth with her husband, and is looking forward to starting a family.

Elizabeth Melton, RDH graduated from Texas Women's University in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science degree. She is a registered dental hygienist in the State of Texas. She currently lives in Decatur with her husband. They have been married for a little over 3 years. This past January, they welcomed to their family a beautiful little girl, Dani-Kate.  Elizabeth enjoys spending time with her family, shopping, relaxing, and playing with the families 5 dogs.
